Trip Facilitator
This is the Full Meal Deal. I take care of all the details so that you can enjoy your time in Italy. I book your flights, lodging, ground transportation, activities and special occasions. With the Trip Facilitator package, I go with your group to be your on tour logistics Gal Friday. I make sure all the details are taken care of and am Chief Worrier for any problems that might arise. I work in the background setting up the next activity so that you can seamlessly flow from one city, hotel, experience to the next. It is the ultimate in stress free travel.
Complete Trip Planning
This is the Trip Facilitator package without me accompanying you on your travels. I can investigate and book as many details as you determine. Want to use Frequent Flyer miles for your flight? Just give me the necessary information and I will take care of it for you. Want an airport pick up? I would love to arrange this. Whether you are a veteran traveler or a first timer, I can arrange the necessary logistics and present them to you in an easy to read pre-departure packet. I am also available while you are on tour to help with any new arrangement or changes to your itinerary (fees may apply in this situation).
Itinerary Consulting
Perhaps you are a travel nerd like me and you love to do the planning part: searching for out of the way hotels, finding the hole in the wall family run trattoria where Mama runs the show and you order what she tells you to eat, or finding the best route to get from point A to point B…you love the daydreaming part of it. I am right there with you because this is my favorite part of travel; the anticipation of what will be your next adventure and discovery. With Itinerary Consulting, I narrow down some of the overwhelming choices to a manageable number and you do the daydreaming, the choosing and booking the travel on your own. You are picking my brain and my experience vault to do the planning yourself.
Group Travel
I also am able to book flights and tours from the more typical group travel tour companies. Perhaps you really like group travel because it allows you to meet new people from different places that share a common interest: travel or Italy. You have a representative from the tour company on the trip with you to take care of all the logistics and troubleshoot should something arise with which you need help. It would be much like my Trip Facilitator Package but with another company. I am a travel agent working with a host agency that allows me access to all that is out there in this kind of travel and I am more than happy to arrange this for you.
