I love travel and the logistics of travel. I’ve said many times: “Logistics are my Nerd Happy Place.” I try to strike a balance between life and work. I am also currently a full time educator with a flexible schedule.

Rest assured, while you are traveling, I am available for support and troubleshooting. Additionally, I partner with several Italian suppliers that can also provide support in local Italian time while time zone differences may cause my limited availability (I gotta sleep sometime!).

Initial client meetings are during the weekday and workday hours. As I protect my work/life balance, my evenings and weekends are for my family.

I do most of my planning and logistical work in the early morning (4-6 am) before I head off to school for my full time job. This is also so that I can communicate with my Italian partners in real time. As a result, emails are best for providing info, changes to an existing trip, or any questions. In the initial planning phase, I give you a timeline for a first draft that accommodates all this.

Even though email is the best way to get in touch with me, I do also talk on the phone like an old person…I also text like a young person. If you are in Italy and have an urgent need, texting is always fastest.
